    Not a mockumentary

From the film title and the first few minutes watching you might think that this film is a mockumentary. Sadly it's not

It claims to be a factual documentary , there is a lot of doubt about it being factual a clearly a lot of facts made up.

The film by the way is awfully slow, boring and repetitive.

The funniest aspect of this film is that according to imbd this film supposedly had a budget of a million dollars, now that unlike this film did make me laught

    Disappointing fantasy as fact

As cryptozoology enthusiast of 25 years I was looking forward to seeing what this film would present

Sadly it's not a serious documentary, nor a amusing spoof.

Its just group of fantastic stories badly told

We have people looking for dark shapes in the undergrowth at dogging sites claiming that the mystery figures are not people watching others

A witness crying about her encounter with a Bigfoot in a park in Greater Manchester, an encounter that is widely known to be with a homeless man drinking.

After watching this there in no doubt that there are no large Bigfoot cryptids in the UK

From expecting a mix of boggy creek with Troll Hunter I found a mixed bunch of self obsessed folk who see Bigfoot in every shadow all trying to make money out of their fantasy

Very disappointing , watch Troll Hunter instead it's not only more entertaining, its more believable

    Enjoyable documentary

Contrary to all the many of the nonsense reviews below. This does not sensationalize bigfoot like all the American fake documentaries with people in big foot furry suits. Some very personal stories, and explorations into the fact wildmen live all over the globe and some reviewers claims its only in the US you hear of big foot. I know of stories of wildmen in the hills of Wales, Scotland and also in Cornish territories. Don't expect an evidence based documentary looking at fur, foot prints or science but expect relevant accounts. One is very emotional but understandable.

Watching this documentary was enjoyable, compare this to the many American nonsense with old men with guns running around screaming and shooting, and those faking bigfoot and this documentary oozes far more common sense and raises some interesting questions.

    Avoid if you can

Sometimes you see something so bad it becomes watchable. Sadly not the case in this film it is unwatchable rubbish

At first you think lost footage horror film, but it's actually a documentary.

A fringe fantasy idea of a living Bigfoot in the UK is promoted by a group of fanatics

One Andy McGrath is a creationist who also believes dinosaurs can be found living in the UK

While Deborah Hatswell is far from credible as a witness as the fake tears appear as she talks about her own encounter with a tramp in a Salford park. A tale that dramatically changed every time she tells it.

It's no spoiler to say they don't find any trace of a UK Bigfoot

101 minutes of my life wasted

In a nutshell; Zero physical evidence. Repeated gaps in logic. Pathetic non-answers. Witnesses were mostly children at the time. Film maker thinks they may be spirit beings which pretty much absolves the need to have a decent answer or shred of evidence for any of it. Maybe BigFoot has a workshop at the North Pole and can only be seen by good little children who believe in him. BigFoot is always thought of as a he for some reason. Did the witnesses see something other than just a big foot and they're not telling us? Was Mrs. Bigfoot left back at the cave bigbarefoot and pregnant? And what good table manners they must have; never leaving a trace of having either hunted or gathered after having nourished their massive frames. This guy made this show here out of (almost literally) nothing. In wet old England I'd at least expect some decent fake footprint castings.

As an just one example of the investigative shoddiness here; the crazy lady mentions caves but there is no effort to confirm her claims about them or get the perspective of an expert English caver who would know many of those areas well. He just takes everybody's word for everything.

To sum it up... another big bigfoot nothing burger minus the toppings, i.e., the ridiculous antics of Finding Bigfoot and the like. Could and should have told the whole story in 30 minutes. Crime to call it a "documentary" as there was nothing to actually document.

Basically, the North American Bigfoot myth has been beat to death over the past 25 years or so. But to try and squeeze a few more bucks out of the deal (or just jump on the band wagon extremely late) we'll look under a few rocks in places like Oz and the UK and see who will slither out and talk to us.
