Russell Brand and Jonah Hill in Get Him to the Greek (2010)

FAQ

Get Him to the Greek

FAQ

It is not a fragment from a real sports event, rather it is from a television sketch by Dutch comedy trio Jiskefet called "English Sports" (1990).

Get Him to the Greek is sequel to the film Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008) (2008), both of which were directed by English-American director Nicholas Stoller, who also co-wrote the screenplay for Get Him to the Greek.

No, he is not. Hill's character in Forgetting Sarah Marshall was named Matthew. In Get Him to the Greek, his character's name is Aaron Green. Visually, the main difference between Aaron and Matthew, asides from the obvious wardrobe differences, is the new character's shorter hair, which can be viewed here.

No. There are over 40 songs present in the movie.

The unrated version that is featured on both the DVD and Blu-ray releases in the US, runs approximately five and a half minutes longer than the theatrical version and features several scene extensions that were cut out for the cinematical release.
