Buried Secrets of the Bible with Albert Lin

It's disappointing that the show is basically saying that the bible made up the story of the river parting when many researchers already stated they found proof. A mere lake couldn't wipe out soldiers and horses all at once..like the other reviews already stated, the translations that are found were in different parts of the bible but the series never mentioned it which could've debunked his whole theory of it being in a lake. If you want to be accurate, read the whole bible and study it. There are also many insight and research books about the bible as well that has solid evidence. I was excited to watch this but was soon disappointed.

The way he goes through these stories is very methodical and with care. He doesn't try to refute the stories, just tries to offer up some sort of explanation for the events. While one might think it may take away from the miracles of the Bible, one must always remember that the Miracle is still there even if it can be explained by nature. How did Moses know when to take the Hebrew people out of Egypt when he did allowing for their survival, but not for the Egyptians? How did Lot know when to leave Sodom so that he did not get burned up in fire and brimstone? It makes sense that God would use natural phenomenon, his miraculous creation, to cause these miraculous events.

Albert Lin is a great host - he is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and clearly truly appreciative of history and of his experience. I really enjoyed watching his super-sleuth adventuring, and seeing places from the Bible in ways I haven't before. Lots of fun, lots of awe.

I wondered why they would put a show about the Bible on Disney Plus, but then I watched it and it made sense. They are misleading and inaccurate, trying to disprove the Red Sea crossing. Archeologists have long found the crossing point was at Nuweiba Beach, they've found chariots and many proofs that is the place they crossed. This documentary never mentioned Nuweiba Beach or Mount Sinai or any of the landmarks they've already discovered. This show was looking in entirely the wrong place and surely they were aware of that considering how remarkable the real documentaries are showing the proof for the Nuweiba Beach crossing. Don't watch this garbage.

I have never seen people try SO HARD to NOT believe the TRUTH! Everyday human beings, try SO hard to make up bizarre reasons to credit "mother nature" , bad interpretations , incorrect and unreliable resources to justify science over the written word. Jesu s is Lord, every word of the Bible is true , the Bible is to be taken literally!

It is the living Word! Oh and Ron Wyatt already discovered the Red Sea crossing at the Gulf of Aqaba and sodom and gamora have already been discovered. So Mr Lin should do some better research, unless of course he is purposely trying to mislead people. Every knee will bend and every mouth will confess Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.
