Monsterpiece Theatre Volume 1 (2011)

Trivia

Monsterpiece Theatre Volume 1

Edit
Billy Martin of the band Good Charlotte and co/owner of "Level 27 Clothing" designed the cast and crew T-shirts for the film.
John Carl Buechler's character (Dan the weed man) in the Segment "The Weed" was inspired by John Goodman's character from Arachnophobia (1990).
The character of Jessica Stevens in the Segment "Rottentail" was played by Ashley Bank from The Monster Squad (1987). She was a last minute replacement and had less then 24 hours to prepare for the role.
Filming on Monsterpiece Theatre was completed when "Rottentail" was wrapped, however the run time was shorter then the producers had wanted on the entire series. So Ethan Terra decided to put "Moonlighting" into production with 10 days of prep.
Ethan Terra decided that the original animatronic puppet creature created for the final kill scene in "The Babysitter" didn't give enough impact, so the producers decided to have him re-shoot the ending with a live actor in full prosthetics.
