Scarlet and Darcy go to Borders Book store to buy Henry's book. When this movie came out in 2009 Borders Book store filed Bankruptcy and started the going out of business process. By 2011 all the stores were closed down or bought by their competitor Barnes & Noble.

Phil Morris is the name of Steven Russell's (Jim Carrey's) male love interest and title character in I Love You Philip Morris (2009).
The movie's financiers, unhappy they didn't recoup their investment, re-edited the film without involvement from director Michael Polish, who subsequently had his name removed. The movie is now credited to the pseudonym "Ted Smith".
