This was a simple little production to experiment with the use of a 3D camera rig to shoot a dramatic show. It was shot in 3 days using the crew from another production in San Francisco just after that show wrapped.
At the time few of the creative team were familiar with how to use 3D as part of the cinematic story telling art. This was a good vehicle for learning about shooting in 3D and the production needs for 3D media.
Technically the show worked fine. It was the first production for the Kerner 3D Technologies camera rig. Over the course of 3 days the camera system performed without any issues. The first time it came out of the camera truck we were ready to shoot in 2 hours.
This is a nice little romp and really fits well with the painting it is based on. Be sure to watch in 3D.
