The Long-Awaited Reunion

This ep mark the begining of arc 4 which is a character driven arc not a plot driven arc End cliffhanger was well executed.

The series is known for its complex yet tightly knitted storytelling which is one of the reasons why this series is so highly regarded. BUT this episode is gonna be one that when Re:zero finally ends the title of it will make significantly more sense. Why I say this is because "reunion" its utilized quite odd given this is the first time we have seen Echidna and Subaru meet but implies this is not the first time they have actually met. Now what does that mean entirely....just some food for thought. But it does make you wonder, how many episode names will make more sense contextually when the series is over. Give there is so much foreshadowing in Re:zero...could this itself be foreshadowing to something we have yet to see? I cant wait to find out.
