The Haunting of the Morgan Estate

There will always be parts of a movie that you do, and do not like. The acting was decent, but it doesn't give off an estate feel. I wish there was a little bit more oomph. But that's okay.

I thought the acting in this one was more organic. I will admit the supernatural element wasn't completely lost to me, but it didn't feel right. It gave me more American Psycho, then anything else. Either way it was pretty entertaining.

Decent acting for such a low budget. Unfortunately it's wasted on a cookie cutter script with a "twist" you can see coming a mile away. The supernatural aspect is forced, and it's a stretch to call it a haunting. All in all, a pedestrian effort that would fit in well as a Lifetime movie. Not worth a watch.

I thought as a whole, it was pretty good. There was suspense, as well as a few jump scares. I think the actors embraced the role well, and there was a certain creepiness with certain characters. I did sort of feel the title was a little misleading. I do realize Sarah's part, however I think maybe going a little further with that may have made the title a little more clear. Honestly, I enjoyed watching it overall, and would recommend to others as well.

This movie wasn't awful but wasn't the best. The acting was decent, had a good story, I wish they would have gone deeper into the story more, was a little predictable for me.

Definitely worth time to watch though.
