I was a student of class 6 then. Because the film was about India's independence and free struggle and so on, it did not matter to me and it was a serious film. To see the difference between Joe Eshwar's style in Kunthapura and 8119 Miles, I watched Kunthapura again. 8119 Miles is clean commercial entertainer, it is way better than Kunthapura. A good road movie. If you watch films based on star value, this is not the film for you, but if you want to see the road, people and culture in action, this is a good film..

8119 miles.. Loved the journey with Gabriel and Anil through various countries.. Indeed an amazing story line. Excellent performance by Ranji, the one who gave life to the character of a Goan mechanic. Godspeed young man. And with a natural acting and a bit of comedy, Kuriakose, you stole our hearts too. Last but not least, hats off Joe eshwar for all your efforts.. Good work team 8119 miles. Looking forward for more and more..
