The only wonderful show in Bangla Television! The performances blows my mind! Especially that of Dwarka aka Honey Bafna! I hope they come up with such shows more often. Also we, as audience should appreciate and ensure such shows' sustainability

It is really an worthy experience watching this epoch-making serial.The entire team is doing an excellent job.Their researches are authentic and presentation is mind-blowing.Last but not the least,their acting!!!What an amazing performance by every actors and actresses .I want to mention specially the name of our dear Sir Honey Bafna and Maa'm Solanki Roy - their acting is too real!!! Love this show!!!

Lead and supporting actors suit well to their role and carry it put perfectly with makeup. Rather than that use of typical melodrama has ruined the show at large.

Prothoma Kadambini is an exceptional work in Indian television. It seemed I was watching the real Dwarakanath Ganguly and Dr Kadambini Ganguly from the amazing performance of the leads Honey Bafna and Solanki Roy respectively. I was impressed with the quality, historical accuracy and the wonderful narrative of the serial. Many Indian tv soaps portray joint family melodrama, saas-bahu fights, encourage illogical superstitions, plastic surgery etc. , women in heavy costumes and jewellery. Unlike those shows, Prothoma Kadambini was a breath of fresh air depicting the struggles of the illustrious women in STEM in 19th Century. The serial should be translated in other languages. I highly recommend everyone to watch it.

I think this is the best serial ever shown on Bengali television. The plot of the story is amazing. Each and every actors are performing so well that when they deliver the dialogues, we have goosebumps. A must watch.
