Mistrust, treachery and intrigue

This is the old tale of the foreclosure of a mortgage, on a ranch in the west this time. The mortgage is held by a Mexican. Mistrust, treachery and intrigue are the predominating features. There is some beautifully photographed scenes which take in a wide expanse of desert and foothills. The acting is adequate. - The Moving Picture World, August 29, 1914
