Mark Bautista was intended to play a different role - which went to 'JC de Vera' and later to Hero Angeles.

For the second time in a Topel Lee film, 'JC de Vera' replaces Mark Bautista to be the partner of Rhian Ramos, the first being Ouija (2007). Ultimately, de Vera had to drop out because of commitment to LaLola (2008).

Jason Abalos was initially eyed to replace 'JC de Vera'.

Katrina Halili was included in the cast as requested by Robin Padilla.

Patani Daño was tapped to play an important role in the film.
