A loyal, hard working, yet over-looked roller coaster tester seeks to find her voice and get the respect she deserves, all while trying to navigate her unhelpful co-workers, amidst saving the company from being shut down forever.

The family friendly, 5-episode dramedy series follows Mia Wilson, a softly spoken, downtrodden, employee at Roller Coaster Testers (RCT) where their work is to test the safety of roller coasters and rides. It seems like a fun job to outsiders, but the reality is that is very mundane., and the office is full of office politics and quirky personalities characters that make working at RCT an unusual place to be. But the business isn't doing too well, as people would rather be on their phones or computers than out at a theme park. There just aren't that many new rides being built. The boss Sam, is constantly trying to think of ways to reinvigorate the business. A consistent heat anomaly on one of the rides keeps appearing and Mia tries to investigate but no-one is helping her. She is under pressure to solve it all on her own or risk being fired, she struggles to speak up and ask for help. Yet she has to keep it under wraps from the journalist Lily who is nosing around the business. . Lily arrives to interview the staff and tries to dig up dirt so she can have a great article. regardless of whether or not its true. But someone in the company is leaking incriminating information and meanwhile Mia is getting all the blame dumped on her. The rest of the RCT team is struggling with their own issues and the pressure of the investigation, no-one wants to be blamed, but they love their workplace and don't want the company to close. What will happen to RCT! Will they be sued and shut down forever, or will they find a way to save the company and will Mia ever find her voice...
