Ugh.
The World's Funniest Moments is a show with a format similar to that of America's Funniest Home Videos, except that the videos aren't nearly as funny, and there are also various viral videos from the Internet. This show pales drastically in comparison to AFV. First of all, Tom Bergeron is a funny person. Although Arsenio Hall can also be funny, Bergeron actually looks like he's enjoying his job. Hall, on the other hand, looks as if he would rather be somewhere, anywhere, else. Also, the videos are much dumber than those on AFV (I'm willing to bet that the people who sent in videos to WFM were turned down by AFV).
No wonder MyNetworkTV is the second-lowest rated major network (the only major network with lower ratings is Ion Television).

Worst show in this genre I've ever seen. Stretched painfully to one our. Arsenio made me feel bad for him, as they lean on him to fill time in between pretty lame clips. But all that isn't worth writing a lousy review about. What got us going crazy was how obviously many of the clips were staged.
They were usually in homes, with no good reason someone was filming, with the same kind of camera work, and all with lame payoffs like knocking over and old TV, or breakaway glasses with a trumpet.
If you're going to lie about showing viewer clips, at least produce them cleverly.

I just watched this new video show and must admit, I had one small chuckle. This was one about a guy who fell asleep and people kept waking him up to ask the time. None of the PICKS OF THE WEEK were even remotely funny. Whoever screens these videos should really give their sense of humor an extreme makeover. There was hardly anything funny about this whole show. I had been wondering what had happened to Arsenio Hall. He must have ran out of money and got really desperate to accept this job. The writers should have stayed on strike where they didn't have to inflict their bad taste on the rest of the world. I had set my DVR to record these shows, but have since erased all of them. Find something better for Wednesday night like going to the dentist.
This show is up there, or more correctly, down there with "Wishing I Wasn't Watching the Krdashians" or "The Alleged Housewives of (fill in the blank) ".
I am more disappointed with this show, because I expected more out of it. Those other shows, I don't expect anything and so I'm not disappointed.
It looked so much like "America's Funniest Videos" that I expected to see Vin Di Bona's name in the credits. That's how completely they stoled AFV.
Most of the videos shown looked like they had been staged. I mean, why would anyone have a Christmas tree setup outside, with presents under it and people sitting around it with a camera rolling when you first turn on the lights-AND it just happens to catch fire? Poorly done fake setup!

I Have watched Arsenio hall for years on TV and have never seen him do any thing funny. He was OK in the movie coming to America with Eddie Murphy who carried him but that was all. why he is still on the air is beyond me.the show the worlds funniest moments is junk.so maybe we can get a petition and get him off the air before he bores us to death.i seriously think he needs acting lessons maybe then we could tolerate his presence.until then we have to watch every crappy show hes in or hosts.where did he go to acting school did he go at all?.the videos on the show the worlds funniest moments are not all that funny and i predict it will soon be canceled it in my opinion is a ripoff of AFV.well that's about it for now thanks for letting me blow some steam.
