A group of outsiders squat on the harbour in central Copenhagen. Esben fights for the environment, while his friend Stork struggles for a place to be himself. Meanwhile the politicians are eager to use millions to vacate and clear the area
The clearing of the Harbour Of Peace looms larger, as the police files charges. Stork juggles a broken leg, a drinking habit and the anxiety of being displaced, while Esben takes action to preserve the area and the wild birds in it.
The demolition company hired by the authorities start clearing the unused and sunken ships in the area. Stork falls in love and Esben cooperates with the authorities for the benefit of the environment, but gets pushback from his community.
