An eighteen-year-old girl from an upper class family and a middle aged volunteer worker are locked inside a shelter together during a quarantine while the viral outbreak outside turns people into savage, irrational beasts.

In the wake of the imminent spreading of a dangerous virus that turns people into irrational beasts, a company offers a solution: Nests, a type of shelter equipped with all modern comforts, which isolates people from those infected by the pandemic, promising an experience akin to vacations. In one of those nests, soon to be demolished, Sara, an 18-year-old girl, wakes up. She does not know where she is or how she got there, two questions answered by the voice of Iván, a volunteer worker located in an adjoining room, through an audio device. His goal, he says, is to comply with a series of procedures and give her medication to try to stop the spread of the virus, since she's been bitten by an infected while outside. Without any contact with the outside world, they must wait until the situation there is in control. Sara is a troubled girl from a rich family, and Iván, a seemingly harmless man with a dark past.
