I wanted to like this movie so bad dammit. You can tell the quality of the film right away. Its so stiff. It's not filmed like the really good movies are. Acting is horrible. Fight scenes are not believable. Rachael Cook that plays Kate must have got the job by her looks because she's a terrible actress. She is constantly positioned certain ways throughout the movie to look sexy and she holds the pose like she's in a photography shoot. The guy Rip isn't as bad as an actor but could definitely use some lessons. Was this movie supposed to be this bad and I missed this? I feel like I lost 93 min of valuable time. Thumbs down. 👎
Seemed like they tried to use a formula of action, guns, good looking people and picturesque setting to make this picture. Unfortunately a bad script, poor editing and direction, sloppy action, and weak acting are what made this movie bad iin a laughable, unintentional way. The two leads actors are vacuous and they have zero chemistry. At one point you think there is some sexual tension and then Jackson beomes aloof and brooding about his past, while Kate is just doe eyed and runs around in her underwear half the movie.
The action scenes have people shooting in random directions, the 'pro' mercenaries can't hit anything while Jackson can take out snipers from a distance with a pistol. Hand to hand fighting was unconvincing especially with Kate fighting off Maximus... The twist at the end made no sense either when looking back at how the story played out. I would be embarrassed to have been involved in this production.

Went to my mates house and he just started the movie... Anyway, I thought it was a comedy at first, like you know those purposefully bad movies with cheesy lines and bad acting.
But it fast became reality this was a serious movie, well to them anyway. The acting was horrific, the writing was even worse and the filmography looked like something you'd do in a film production class at high school.
It was seriously like they got a group of instagram influences together, we no acting experience and shot this over a weekend. It's a really rough watch, and it cost 6 bucks or something.. Crazy hahah.

I don't know where the bad reviews are coming from. This is a decent movie, very good actually when you compare it to the mess Netflix, Prime, Apple+, HBO, Paramount, and the alphabet networks come up with. Very entertaining. Maybe because it had only a handful of curse words people couldn't handle it. I hope a Kill Shot: Revenge is made. The main actor performs well in his role, the beautiful waif's part could have been more fleshed out but it would probably have given the story away. His character is understandable considering the loss of his child, secretive, closed, untrusting, but guided by an inner strength of loyalty.
I was generous by giving it two stars cause in reality it should be a half of one star. Maybe you will see something I didnt see the only good part of the movie as a Guy myself is seeing a woman wearing hardly anything shooting a gun and she pretty much is missing pants or a shirt most of the movie .From beginning to the end the bad dialog terrible acting worst action scenes and dumb storyline with lifeless characters. Someone should have killed all of the production beforehand. Then shot anyone who disagreed the writers ,producers ,directors, actors ,actress ,editors, head of casting , and whomever inbetween. That honestly thought this movie must be made. What a waste of time money and film.
