A short-tempered Bhuvan often gets in trouble because of his anger issues. His hot temper begins to affect his relationship with his wife, Nandhini, who decides to leave him after he gets into a physical fight with one of his co-workers. However, he offers to drive her home. Things get out of hand when Bhuvan loses his temper after a truck driver overtakes him almost crashing into their car, leading to a road rage. He manages to overtake the truck to only bump into a gangster and his henchmen, adding to their trouble. Soon, he finds himself in a life and death situation, which in turn affects his wife's safety.
