I saw this little gem recently and WOW! This is a classic throwback to the old days of the Twilight Zone. It really captures that feeling. Scary but with it's tongue firmly planted in cheek. The performances are fantastic. The old woman was very good and so was her pooch. The standout to me was the the cop. He was perfectly played, you just want him to get it in the end. The special effects were also top notch, no CG! Old school practical FX, and does it make a difference. The lighting has that creepshow feel, moody and comic booky. The direction is stylized and solid. Really good storytelling. Check it out it's only 10 minutes and you will not be sorry.
