A darkly comical whodunnit involving the OG Avengers!

This was, by far, the most interesting "What if..?" episode. It gets to the point right from the beginning and keeps you engaged all the way to the end. The pacing is perfect! It's fast-paced and yet it did not feel rushed at all! It's quite suspenseful and adheres to the classic murder-mystery genre involving the OG avengers.

Unlike the first 2 episodes, the humour in this one was actually improved. The comic bits are really funny and it is quite evident that these bits have been basically used to cut the tension and dail down the dark tone of the episode. Hence, it sort of felt like a dark-comedy.

The only issue i found with this episode is that it becomes slightly predictable after a point. However, there are other minor plot twists that pop up after the "big reveal", which kind of negate the overall predictability of the episode.

This was a risky episode with so many things that could have gone wrong but it deviated from that landmine and delivered a total blast! Brilliantly executed and something different from MCU!

    Finally a good episode

So far the series has been too goofy and felt like it was targetted for kids, but this episode has renewed my expectations. After Carter becoming the most powerful hero and a goofy Star-Lord who can redeem any character for the sake of the plot, this episode presents a more intriguing premise that got me hooked from the start. I hope they keep it up with the upcoming and probably darker episodes.

    The best one so far

This episode was really something else, something I wasn't expecting, by far the best episode yet. I loved how they made something really different and unexpected with Fury's Big Week, with each episode this show gets my attention more.

Much better than previous 2 episodes

Much better that I am compelled to write a review for it.

Except for some jarring jokes and that Natasha's character doesn't look like Scarlet Johannsen + some lacking voice works (Tom doesn't even sound like Tom / Loki...), pacing and plot wise is pretty entertaining.

I like the mystery aspect of it and that Black Widow was much of a drive in this episode compared to her own stand alone movie.

    Not perfect, but still fun

Some moments seemed a little off and some things were really strange, but it was still very fun. I like the inclusion of several characters in the final scenes! I love who it was that was actually killing the Avengers.

    • Trivia
This story was inspired by "Fury's Big Week", a limited series comic book published in 2012 that served as a tie-in to Phase one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It explained how the events of Iron Man 2 (2010), The Incredible Hulk (2008) and Thor (2011) were happening at the same time. Hence the title cards featuring the days of the week in between scenes.
