Worth The Wait. Prashanth Proves Why He is Top Star.

The cinematography and acting music and editing everything is fine in this movie could have released earlier if released it would have celebrated more than now as we now has a taste of world class movies. If have released earlier at that time it would be comeback to Prashanth as well as to Tamil cinema industry. If you plan to watch this movie don't delay, please go to the theatre near you. This movie should be watched in theatres to the brilliant performance of the team. A perfect movie for our top star Prashanth. Please appreciate this kind of movie.

A well made honest remake and Prashanth is back

A well made frame to frame honest remake of the original hindi version of thia movie named same title ANDHADHUN.. somone who has not seen the original and it's telugu or malyalam remakes would really enjoy this movie ... I have seen thia movie twice in hindi and its malayalam and telugu remake .. So I was not really enjoying it... But I enjoyed was absolutely brilliant casting of the characters especialky SIMRAN the queen and KS Ravikkumar. ... Prashanth, has really underplayed and played the role of his character and not as a hero which will what lift him in his comeback innings in future movies... He has played his role really well... Very good screenplay adapting original ... BGM was really good for a crime thriller and the climax song was good but dialogues were pretty flat and ordinary which has led down this movie... First time watchers GO FOR IT to appreciate the story line built....

    A superb movie

Andhagan is a brilliant remake of the acclaimed thriller Andhadhun, and it's an absolute delight to see Prashanth back on the big screen after years. He delivers a stellar performance, embodying the role of a blind pianist with finesse and unmatched charisma. His comeback is nothing short of extraordinary, proving once again why he's one of the most talented actors in the industry.

Priya Anand brings charm and depth to her role, complementing Prashanth beautifully. The chemistry between them is engaging and adds an emotional touch to the narrative. Simran, on the other hand, delivers a powerhouse performance. Her portrayal of a layered and morally ambiguous character is intense and gripping, reminding everyone of her incredible acting prowess.

The film's direction and screenplay keep you on the edge of your seat, with moments of suspense, dark humor, and emotional depth blended seamlessly. The music and background score further elevate the storytelling, immersing the audience into the twists and turns of the plot.

Rating: 10/10 A must-watch for fans of thrillers and stellar performances. Hats off to the entire cast and crew for delivering a masterpiece that does justice to the original while carving its own unique identity.

A Must-Watch Tamil Movie That Strikes the Right Chords

Adhagan is an engaging thriller-drama that celebrates the return of Prashanth in a lead role, marking a significant milestone in Tamil cinema. Directed masterfully by Thyagaraj sir, the film boasts a gripping storyline, an ensemble cast delivering stellar performances & a satisfying climax that leaves the audience captivated.

    Prashanth's Stellar Performance

Prashanth shines as the blind pianist, delivering one of his most nuanced performances to date. His portrayal is both moving and inspiring, as he skillfully captures the struggles and brilliance of a visually impaired musician. It's a treat for his fans, especially seeing him in such a commanding role after GOAT.

    Outstanding Supporting Cast

Priya Anand: As a gorgeous heroine, Priya Anand brings a subtle charm to her role. While her character has limited involvement in the main storyline, she ensures that every scene she is part of leaves a lasting impact with her graceful performance.

Urvashi madam: True to her reputation, Urvashi madam breathes life into her character with humour and emotional depth. She seamlessly blends into the narrative and steals the show in many scenes.

Simran: A natural performer, Simran shines with her effortless acting. Her chemistry with Prashanth and the ensemble cast adds authenticity to the story, making her character memorable.

Yogi Babu: As always, Yogi Babu brings his signature comic timing and flawless performance. His ability to switch between humor and emotional resonance is impeccable.

Samuthrakani: Known for his powerful presence, Samuthrakani adds depth to the film with his intense performance. His scenes are thought-provoking and impactful.

    K. S. Ravikumar sir: As a doctor, K. S. Ravikumar sir delivers a heartfelt performance. His portrayal of the un-wise 🤣 and empathetic character is among the highlights of the movie.

Karthik sir: After a hiatus, Karthik sir makes a remarkable comeback with his typical charm and energetic acting. His role is nostalgic & his presence enriches the film.

Manobala sir: Though Manobala sir is no longer with us, his unique and subtle performance in this film reminds us of the talent we've lost. His presence on-screen is a poignant reminder of his irreplaceable contribution to Tamil cinema.

Director producer Thyagaraj sir: The Real Star

Thyagaraj sir proves his mettle as a storyteller with Adhagan. His ability to craft a complex yet relatable narrative keeps the audience engaged throughout the film. Thyagaraj sir's attention to detail in character development and pacing ensures that every scene feels meaningful. The climax in particular is a testament to his directorial brilliance, tying together all the threads of the story in an unexpected yet satisfying way. His vision transforms the film into more than just a thriller-it's an emotional and cinematic experience.

Music and Choreography: A Missed Opportunity

While the music supports the narrative, the songs could have been more memorable. The choreography, in particular, feels underwhelming, especially considering Prashanth's dancing prowess. A few well-choreographed dance sequences could have elevated the movie further.

    Technical Brilliance

The cinematography deserves special mention for its ability to capture the emotional highs and lows of the protagonist's journey. The lighting and framing create a vivid atmosphere, enhancing the mood of the film. The background score elevates the tension, seamlessly blending with the storytelling

Finally: Adhagan is a beautifully crafted movie with a compelling script, brilliant performances & stellar direction by Thyagaraj sir. It's a movie that showcases the best of Tamil cinema, with Prashanth's triumphant return being the icing on the cake. Despite minor shortcomings in music and choreography, the film is a must-watch. Thyagaraj sir's storytelling ensures that Adhagan is not just a movie-it's an experience. Make sure to catch it in theaters!

    Must watch Nostalgic Film

A beautifully crafted script that transcends the boundaries of a typical remake by deeply embedding the essence of local culture and flavor. The film feels refreshingly original, capturing the heart and soul of its setting. It's a joy to see the beloved actors from the '90s return delivering beautiful performances. Top star Prashanth stands out, effortlessly carrying his timeless charm throughout the movie.

The narrative is skillfully woven with unexpected twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat, making it impossible to look away. This thriller masterfully blends suspense, humor, and heartfelt emotions, creating a cinematic experience that resonates long after the credits roll. The film is a perfect balance of intrigue and nostalgia, making it a must-watch for fans of the genre and beyond.
