Nanajirao Deshmukh is well respected men in his village running a cotton factory with Jhinghatao who does not have any respect to villagers.Nanaji has two daughter Jaya whose very kind and helpful to the needy while his other daughter Renu has lost mental balance and is taken care by Jaya.Sharu arrives in village in search of her mother and spends night in house of Nanaji she escapes within the night as she was tried to molest by someone Jaya manages to find her and both becomes good friends.Jaya meets Inspector Shrirang and falls in love with him but her priority is Renu whose health is deteriorating.One of Nanaji's employee goes missing with a truck and cash and not to traced soon killings happen in the nearby cities with similar Modusoperandi while Shrirang suspects the killer is in his own village.
