Mattesen, the writer of "Ternet Ninja" the first book is back with a film based on his second book "Ternet Ninja 2". Mattesen continues down the same path with the main characters from the first. The humor is intact, and has that truly Mattesen sharpness to it, that Danes absolutely adore, there is no filter and the underlying humor is drippleing in this one with sexual references in abundance in that subtle way that Mattesen does (that the movie takes place mostly in Thailand, helps it a lot in that regard). If you liked the first one youll love the second one, though its not for the youngest audiences just like his first animation movie - "Terkel i knibe" had is really dark and scary moments. The characters progress nicely and evolves and even Sune gets a chance to redeem himself. A classic movie is born, and I can't imagine he wont continue with a third book and movie.
Super cool and funny movie- a lot of laugs and just a movie you gotta see- it's a feel good movie in a time- not that funny😳
so 9👍🏻
Big fan of the first film...this one dosent come close.. not as funny, and not as charming, me and the kids was kinda bored and dissapointed. Otherwise a big fan of Anders Matthesen. Need to step it Up a boy.
Anders Matthesen returns with another outrageously funny forage into the world of our favourite kick-ass ninja doll and his 13-year-old master. The setup is largely the same as in the original, so for the first time in Matthesen's career, he can be accused of a slight copy+paste. But despite this, Ternet Ninja 2 has got enough funny exchanges and politically incorrect hilarities with its heart at the right place to make the sequel almost as fun and acute as the original. Brilliant voice acting by Herman Flesvig is the icing on the cake.

A simple, but a funny movie, as expected. I think Checkered Ninja (2018) has a better story, which makes it slightly better than Checkered Ninja 2 (2021), but otherwise, Checkered Ninja 2 is a respectable sequel. Recommending for those who like the first one, but still, as I thought of Checkered Ninja, I think Checkered Ninja 2 also should have 16 years as the minimum age because of its rough language.
