- So who invented "lederhosen shorts": the Tyroleans or the Bavarians? Konstantin from Innsbruck is fighting a trademark battle against a powerful Bavarian company just to win back his ex-girlfriend, Olivia. Unfortunately, Konstantin isn't really a lawyer, and Olivia...? Well, she's happily married now.—Happy_Evil_Dude
- While studying law, Konstantin campaigns for student rights. But when he tries to occupy the university library, he accidentally sets it on fire with a camping stove. After that, his legal career is pretty much over. He ekes out a living as a trainee lawyer in a small law firm and occasionally hands out flyers to tourists in downtown Innsbruck dressed as a knight. There, he unexpectedly runs into his ex-girlfriend Olivia, who tells him about a colossal legal dispute. A Bavarian company has sued her for declaring short leather pants to be an original Tyrolean invention in her store. She faces financial ruin if she doesn't find a lawyer soon who can defend her in court. Konstantin sees an opportunity to win back her heart. But the trial quickly becomes a controversial political issue. The company brings out the big guns and the media hype surrounding the origin of lederhosen really takes off. But there is another problem: Konstantin never actually took the exam and is therefore not a licensed lawyer. He also does not work for the renowned law firm that everyone is talking about. Will Olivia forgive him for this lie?—Arte
