No, there is no DVD set available. After many release date changes spanning from August 2010-November 2010, it seems Fox Home Entertainment has scrapped the whole release. As of Nov. 2011, it is currently available to digitally download each episode from Amazon or iTunes for $1.99 per episode. It is also available streaming on Netflix.
