Box-office movie, action, some fun, sacrifice and real drama.
The true story of being a soldier.
For all ages as no extreme violence, and easy language to follow.

At middle of the movie you can feel lost, the connections between making memories with each other and the tank attack is noticeable and you feel this separation. That's why I found it 90% boring and extra long for such story.
That's a 1988 US film about a Russian tank crew in Afghanistan losing its way in as narrow canyon and being ambushed by Mujaheddin. It has a fairly complex story and shows both sides of the conflict. This film takes the basic idea and paints it black and white, good Emirati soldiers and evil Huthis, who are however fighting in their own land.
The war in Yemen is part of the conflict between Sunni Saudis and Shia Iran, with both sides trying to make coexistence impossible, but this film doesn't give you any information about that. There is no explanation who the Huthi are, and the film equates them with Daesh although they are enemies. It's another hack job for Pierre Morel who has been a hired gun for brainless action drivels ever since his success with "Taken".
Yemen has long been the battleground for the world's dirtiest and most ignored war and would deserve a serious effort to portray its tragedy.

Completely overrated. This movie is not better than a second class Hollywood war movie. The script is so poor, it's appalling. Pyrotechnics must represent half of the film's budget!

Al Kameen is a major qualitative leap in the history of Emirati and Gulf cinema in general. With a huge budget, Image Nation was able to present a war movie that will remain unforgettable. From the first scene in the movie, we can sense that we are on the cusp of a very different experience from what we are used to in our films. French director Pierre Morel succeeded with distinction in presenting a very elaborate war movie. He adhered to the most important standards of war films, which is to present a clear picture of the story and the difficult task of our heroes. He did not delve too much into the details of the characters and their backgrounds, and put us directly in the heart of the event and the suffering of its characters.
He chose a very ideal location for filming events. The most important is the elaborate sounds of gunfire and explosives that almost accompanied us throughout the film and made us feel our presence in the heart of the battle with them. The transition from one scene to another was very impressive and smooth, thanks to the amazing montage in this movie. The film's aesthetic was enhanced by a wonderful and very impressive soundtrack, especially in the last scenes of the film. And the acting crew was above excellent, and everyone gave a distinguished performance, and the reason is due to what this story and events mean to them.
Al Kameen is a war movie that deals with the unfortunate events suffered by Emirati soldiers and how they were rescued from this ambush. Although the film is patriotic, it is in the first place a very respectable movie, and it provided me with an enjoyable and touching experience with all its details. I advise everyone to watch it as soon as possible.
