I ran across this movie and was mesmerized by the real life grittiness of this indie film. It has a true "life in the streets" feel to it that does not disappoint. The guy Meeko! OMG that guy is all that and a box of chocolates! Love that guy. I'm about to watch it again just to see Meeko. Hope to see Pocket Full of Game 3 soon.
Its been fifteen years since Porsha Garcia left New York City and the cold streets of East Harlem. After the death of Fresh, the only man she would ever love. Porsha decided to take their unborn child and move to Puerto Rico in hopes of eluding the demons that haunted her for years. No matter how quickly Porsha moves, she cannot outrun her past. In a strange twist of fate, Porsha discovers that she has a lot more in common with her daughter Garibelle then she realizes. Gabrielle becomes the apple that doesn't fall far from the tree.

Yo, stumbled upon this flick and dang, it's got that raw, street vibe that grabs ya by the throat. This indie joint? It's straight-up real life, man. Feel like you're livin' the streets. Let me tell you 'bout Meeko-dude's fire! Like, he's the whole package, you dig? Got mad love for that cat. I might just hit play again just to catch Meeko in action. Yo, I'm hyped for Pocket Full of Game 3, bout to watch it now. Check this: Porsha Garcia bounces from NYC's East Harlem fifteen years back after her love Fresh kicks it. She takes off to Puerto Rico with their unborn kid, tryna shake them inner demons. But guess what? Past's on her tail, man. Fate plays dirty, 'cause Porsha finds out her daughter Garibelle's cut from the same cloth.

The film was okay if you are into that degenerate lifestyle. The storyline is kinda phony because in reality most parents who are well off wouldn't send their kids to the rough environment they grew up in. Especially if they got enemies in that environment who want them dead. That is a stupid and dangerous move if they got business come and go don't settle there. The are risking both and their children's lives. Also, geographical wise when the Momma character says that she have to fly to Baltimore to get her drugs. In reality New York City and Baltimore is not that far from each other so she can drive, catch a bus, or catch the Northeast Regional Corridor train.

Movie was great. It identifies the life of the streets and the realistic struggles of the everyday hustler. Deborah Cardona did an amazing job with her choice of characters to bring this story to life. She showed the aggressive life style as well as the consequences behind street choice. Watched the movie several times.
FROM THE BEGINNING STRAIGHT TO THE END I WAS ON EDGE WITH EXCITEMENT & THE ONLY ONE THAT I WANTED TO STRANGLE WAS The daughter BEING A CLUELESS BRAT.... LOVE YOU CAUSE BABY YOU PLAYED THE HELL OUT OF YOUR PART....
THE WHOLE CAST WAS GREAT.

Pocket Full of Game 2 picks up fifteen years after Pocket Full of Game 1 with Porsha running from her past only now with her daughter Gabrielle with her. Like the 1st movie, Pocket Full of Game 2 does not disappoint. It's true, real life, straight from the streets, feel is still there. Czarissa Moreno as Gabrielle was an excellent choice and Katherine Nunez (Porsha) does a great job as well. Heck I think Gabrielle be worse than her momma. I can't wait to see what happens in Pocket Full of Game 3 so if the filmmakers are reading this.... you people need to be working on making number 3 for us! I give this movie two thumbs up and a nine out of ten. Watch this movie, I recommend it.
