- TriviaThe addresses on the envelope and the list of employees include a fictitious state code, PE, and ZIP codes in the 0745X range, which in reality are assigned to Bergen County, NJ. In one scene, the license plate of a car is clearly visible. The name of the state doesn't appear anywhere on the plate, but in the center of the plate is an image of Kier Eagan, and at the bottom is the Latin phrase "Remedium Hominibus": "A cure, for mankind." (Not "A cure for mankind" in the sense of mankind being a disease, which would be "Remedium Hominum.")

- Crazy creditsUnlike in earlier episodes, the text of the two initial credits/titles at the start of the opening sequence flickers briefly, echoing the recurring motif of people's selves switching between their "innie" and their "outie" state.

Featured review
This episode was one of the most suspenseful things I have seen in a while. There was hardly a second where I could catch my breath. There was so much revealed while so many more layers were added to be explored in the second season. The only problem is that we'll have to wait a while to get a resolution to the many cliffhangers. The music really helped intensify this episode that was perfectly directed.
