This season is doing a really good job of depicting issues that we all know exist in policing, that of racism and how visible minorities are treated by a mostly white police force. Contrary to what all the whiners who are giving these episodes low rankings, social justice isn't a mental disease, it's just treating others around you fairly and with respect for simply being human beings. Notice how none of them are criticizing the actions of the character Doug Stanton, and he is racist treatment of black people in the show. This is an issue which needs to be addressed, and we should not shy away from doing so.
Does a woman do anything wrong ever? The guy does nothing but worry and is kind to his pregnant fiance and she does nothing but nag nag nag and throw it in his face. "no we are not pregnant" "no you dont eat this I do" blabla bla nag nag nag... Im getting so tired of this overboard woman empowerment thing in this show, that is so overplayed its ridicuous. I want women to be 100% equal in all aspects and always be independant but this now is putting men down. So he cannot even tell her to stop eating total crap food because its not good for the baby while she acts like its only hers and has nothing to do with him? Its too much.
Or the BLM part, i understand respect and wholeheartedly support it. But man, sometimes Im just waiting for someone to grant sainthood to Jackson . The guy is almost a disney princess, hes so absolutely moral and black and white.
This show was heavily political from the get go but it was somewhat balanced but now, its just going overboard on all sides and almost an add for a certain political party/pol-soc group.

The recent hate for this show is so stupid. The Superman is quite a good at hisd role too and choosing racism as a main theme for the season does not make the show bad.
This really has taken a turn for the worse, it's no longer the story that's in focus but politics, and even worse American politics, something we here don't really follow or care about in real life, so fake is worse.
I guess good things don't last.

It's awaful. Just awful. No police work, no problems of crime, danger, justice, punishment etc. Just bloody political correctness. RIP.
