LOVED IT!! This is a family-friendly movie that we all enjoyed over the weekend during our hangout family time. Our kids enjoyed it because they loved getting spooked by the scary suspense building up during the film. It did a great job getting us hoooked and leaving us feeling like we'd shared something special. The relationship between Jenny and Connor reminds me a lot of my relationship with my own husband: a strong bond yet sometimes we feel the need for a deep understanding of each other. And honestly, I feel like this family's life is something we can all relate to and see parts of ourselves in. Kudos to writer/director Julia Pierrepont and her talented cast and crew for creating that resonance! I definitely recommend it to other families for their weekend movie night!
The only somewhat "interesting" part was the ending, and even then it was extremely lame. I could write a 10 page essay on why this movie doesn't even deserve one star.
This movie was fabulous and the cast that was set for it was awesome. I'm a very big Lifetime movie fan, and I love the movies about either childbirth issues, missing children, kidnapped children or babies stolen. Lifetime really knows how to keep me interested and on the edge. Actor Josh Murray played an important role as being a good husband, he was hurt deep down about the loss of his other twin daughter. But his character showed that although he was hurting inside, he also wanted to forget and didn't want it to break up his family. And of all the people to be the critical suspect, was the sheriff of the town. I'd like to see Josh Murray in a lot more movies playing the role of a law enforcement officer, But more as a high top official.
I love lifetime thrillers even though they usually have bad actors, ridiculous scripts and the same storylines over and over again. However, this movie takes all those ingredients to such extremes that it stops being funny. Every single sentence that is spoken by the characters is annoying and/or stupid. And it´s also quite boring for the first hour. All the characters are beyond ridiculous, but I guess if you watch the last half hour as a comedy, it could be fun. Maybe it was supposed to be a joke? The ending seems to suggest it.

This film was so intriguing! How twins can telepathically communicate each other, and the strong maternal bond are fascinating topics - especially in an exciting thriller! The minute I walked into the film, I loved that growing feeling that something was wrong in behind the facade of this family's seemingly ordinary, happy life. I also liked the balance of the funny elements and thriller elements that worked well with each other and kept you engaged in the story without feeling disconnected. A great watch!!
