    Unfortunately for me this has to be filed in the "thanks for the effort, I know you made it in difficult circumstances, but this wasn't that great" pile of festive pandemic programmes.

    The cast was absolutly brilliant and funny, especially Guz Khan.

    Cinderella: A Comic Relief Pantomime for Christmas

    You have to admire the stars of stage and screen putting on a panto for Christmas via Zoom.

    It is for Comic Relief and it is evident that there was little rehearsal but plenty of gusto in this version of Cinderella.

    Rising Hollywood star Anya Taylor-Joy plays Cinderella. Oscar winner Olivia Colman has a sizeable role as the Fairy Godmother.

    There are surprise stars. A former tenant of the Tardis and no stranger to shows made on Zoom. Then a man desperately trying to hang up his licence to kill all year.

    There are snippets to remind viewers that it is to raise funds for Comic Relief.

    Just awful

    I couldn't sit thru more than 5 minutes of it, nor could my wife. Just dreadful! And what a shame as its quite a talented cast for the most part.

    Wonderfully funny

    So wonderfully funny and witty. The acting is perfectly awful minus Anya who can't pretend not to be able to act. Don't let that out you off watching it.
