MobKing

Mobkings was everything and more! Truly well made and kept me on the edge of my seat. Beginning to end, the movie was amazing. The suspense of the storyline built was beyond what I expected, the action didn't stop as the suspense built it was everything and more. The actors, especially Ciro Dapagio did a phenomenal job. Well made, well written and directed. I can't wait to see where this leads this production and I hope there is something in the works and releasing soon. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys suspense, MobKings is the movie to watch. It will keep you wanting to see more. Great movie.

I cannot believe I did not know about this film. I must admit, I sat down to watch it without much enthusiasm. Actually, I planned to have it playing in the background while I did paperwork. WELL, I was hooked right from the beginning in the prison scene. A very unique and intense way to start a movie.

Slowly and effectively, I was sucked into the story. Trying to figure out who was who and who did what and what was about to occur as I always do. I was happily fooled at every turn. The ending was slightly predictable but it left a nice opening (or closing) for a Mobking 2 and that made me happy!

I never got that work done as I immediately watched it two more times, also as I usually do when I love a film and I loved this one!!!

This is the film that started it all for Ciro Dapagio's reign as it has everything you can ask for: Action, fast moving, clever twists and excellent acting with stellar cast and crew. The writing was on point and impeccable, gritty and keeps you sitting on the edge of your seat throughout from beginning to end it has you drawn it to the story that takes place after the main character Mike White comes home after serving his lengthy prison sentence to a different world and how he handles it all..Lots of fast moving scenes and excellent acting by Ciro, James Russo, Robert LaSardo and many other great talents..A tale of Cosa Nostra that is unique and gritty and Ciro Dapagio's performance brings it all home!

MobKing is a gripping, edgy thriller that kept me on the edge of my seat. The cast and creative team created a beautifully shot and compelling story. The thematic elements, beautiful locations and editing help build the world around the White family and those around them. The ending does a great job of setting up a potential sequel.

When Mike White is finally freed from prison, what should have been a happy homecoming turns into a whirlwind of danger. The complications of a life rooted in the mob is central in this cautionary tale.

I look forward to seeing the next chapter of this saga. Congratulations to the cast and crew!

Now this is how a movie is made. From James Russo to Oksana Lada to Artie Pasquale this film is full of an incredible cast including new actors who truly made this a must see this year. Stellar performance by Elisabetta Fantone and her on screen daughter Celine Alva. Magnificent film work by the master himself Jokes Yanes. Stand out performance by Michael Villar who will have you screaming at the screen. This powerhouse film is a true example of what persistence, dedication and love of what you do is. You will not want to leave your seat and miss any part of it. Job well done to Hawk Meisenbach who plays "young Mike" and to the man himself, Ciro Dapagio this is something to be proud of.
