This is a low production found footage film of a woman, psychic, investigating the haunting of a home. She is broadcasting live to rebuild her reputation. as a psychic and medium. At the same time and often in split screen, a woman is playing mean spirited pranks on the psychic as she feels robbed by the psychic for a bad suggestion. The focus on screen is often a small view, and this makes it seem very amateur. The acting of the psychic is okay but nothing special. The acting by the other woman is borderline camp and often off putting to her scenes. There is very little scares or thrills to this film. The presentation of the ghost has a eeriness to it, but little is done to extend or enhance this. Interesting concept that is poorly managed and presented.
If you haven't seen any of British Director Richard Mansfield's films, they are very low budget, found footage, and glacially slow. Usually with very simple plots. This one is certainly low budget and almost painfully slow but actually the plot is an improvement over his other work, especially over "A Haunting In Sherwood", which this is a sequel to. This is far from a good film, I can't even say it is a particularly entertaining film, but it isn't the worst way to spend 70 minutes. Once it finally gets going there are a few actually inspired chills, bit not enough to make up for the dullness of the first two acts. Keep trying Richard, you're getting closer to making a decent film.
The bad bits of this movie:
The actress that plays Karen over acts to the point she reminded me of Jim Carrey.
The writer not only plasters his name 'Mansfield' all over everything he even names a character on the phone after himself... Not good!
There are no real if, what's or why's in the movie. For an hour it's paranormal/poltergeist activity then suddenly turns to a Demon in the last 5 mins.
The 'suspense' is massively underplayed. The clown at the stairs could have been so much better with a little sound effect.
The better bits: The lead actress who plays Angela does a relatively decent job for a low budget movie.
There are a few suspenseful build-up's to enjoy but sadly they amount to very little.
All in all, give it a watch if there's nothing else on but I would turn off a Sheffield United match to watch this.

It started off so bad I switched off after 5 minutes. Next day I went back as nothing else to watch. Worth it, despite how naff it seems at first and the ott of the 2 leads. If you like found footage horror, keep watching and watch the background in Karens footage closely. I adore found footage and this is worth a watch.
The good points:
The acting, the story, some really good scary scenes.
The bad points:
Okay some the scary scenes didn't work, most did. Then there's the running time, I Felt if it was on for longer it may have been scarier.
Now for the supposed budget and done in covid Times this film had a lot going for it and I have just watched the new wonder woman film which cost hundreds of millions to make and it was awful.
This movie made for a normal person's week's pay is a far better film in all areas.
Kudos to the film director and all involved I.e. the actors and actresses ( the main people in the film) did an amazing job all round.
Do yourself a favour, watch this and remember it cost a person's week's pay to make and put this against a Hollywood film that cost hundreds of millions to make.
I know o I would give an award to for their film making.
Does it have endpoints, of course it does but what it has accomplished is for the viewer to see.
Well done.
