Veneer

When it comes down to it "Veneer" has won the race in being the first movie about COVID. In 3 years or so I'm sure there will be some big budget movie about the pandemic with Tom Hanks or someone like that and an overly emotional tear-jekrer script.... and when it comes out I'll be thinking of the film about the life of a weirdo cocaine dealer doing business during COVID. The whole movie feels fresh and how the story unravels is far from predictable, one of the best movies I saw all of last year.

I just thoroughly enjoyed Veneer. Its beautiful and goes places you'd never expect. Well worth the time!

Too many spoilers to review properly but I loved this movie. It totally caught me off guard like 5 different times and the story continues to evolve until literally the final scene. Best indie ive seen in a very long time 9/10

A sci-fi comedy that is also covid-secure....just watch it! Great acting with some really funny scenes and dialogue that had me smiling throughout. Such charming and quirky characters. The music is amazing from beginning to end.

A film about the life of a cocaine dealer during COVID shot during COVID is the type of story you never forget. I loved it. Funny, charming and uniquely bizarre.
