Nessie was filmed during the last week of Melbourne's stage 4 restrictions on the first week of November 2020, the scenes at Apollo Bay and Anglesea were filmed on the first day (9th November 2020) of Victoria's 25km restriction being lifted. A crew member of one due to isolation.
