    Funny, done well.

People act like this is new. I recall a show called All in the Family that explored a lot of racial issues. To say this is today's liberals is disingenuous. This is quality stuff- funny and it forces people to reevaluate themselves and their standing.

Love or hate it, you can't ignore it

A divisive episode dealing with white privilege guilt systematic and micro aggressive racism, Kudos to the writers for "Going There" with issues many want to sweep under the rug.

Colton Dunn is at his snarky best.

    Wannabe political statement

I've been a fan of the show since it came out and I've been waiting for this episode for months but WOW was it disappointing. Just like every other show on tv these days, the writers feel it necessary to make their statement on politics and racism. This episode was by far the worst one yet. Rather than keeping with the comedy vein of the show, they decided to portray all white people as clueless, wannabe "white saviors" the only attempt at comedy was the side story involving Sandra, and it wasn't even close to funny. NBC, you have no place trying to weigh in on racism and it makes you look pathetic. Hopefully they've got this out of their system and can go back to the comedic formula that kept the show going for the previous 5 seasons.

    Not as fun....

To me it seemed like another anti-racial skit that was rewrapped and given some extra add-ons to make people laugh. It also felt that the writers and actors were stretching to get the laughs.

I like the show but I am losing interest. When America Feereas (spelling) left I feel that the show lost a huge part of what made it fun.

Hopefully the writers and actors can fill that void before the ship sinks.

    It was OK...

It was executed much better than that "The Neighborhood" episode.

Sandra doesn't want to go to Cheyenne and Mateo's movie night because she doesn't trust their level of cleanliness. It was established in High Volume Store (2018) and other episodes that Mateo is obsessive about cleanliness.

Glenn: So Garrett. How are those pizzas? Are you enjoying them and feeling appreciated?

Garrett: People seem to like them, but I think we're good on pizza, Glenn.

Glenn: Yeah, well, it just... Some of the white employees were upset that they didn't get any pizza, and, you know, the point of all this was to make everyone happy, so...

Garrett: I thought the point of this was to apologize to Black employees. Either they're reparations, or they're not.

Glenn: Okay, well, can't you think of it like this? Like, for you, the pizzas are reparations for racism. And for the white employees, they're reparations for not getting pizza.

Garrett: Okay, so it's an all lives matter pizza party? Fine, great. Okay, that's perfect.

      [over PA]

Garrett: Attention, all Cloud 9 employees in all departments. Please report to the break room for pizza because apparently, now everyone gets pizza. Never mind that the basic infrastructure of this country makes it so that one group of people gets way more pizza than others! Or that some of us spent over 400 years forcibly making pizza for white people!
