I loved this show before this season. The reason I liked it was it was silly comical nonsense performed with deadpan accuracy. Farcical situations that evoked ridiculous reactions from the cast. Most of this season seems like it was made to gain Acceptance from nonsense woke world. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for everyone being treated with respect and love and moving forward in the world in way that we should have already been acting in but for some reason are not. BUT I DONT watch this show to get their thoughts on this stuff. Nor do I watch it to learn about tolerance or anything even in that universe. I watch it bc it WAS FUNNY and it used to serve as an escape from the unpleasant realities of the world for a half hour a week. Now, I get to have a very non-effective PSA once a week and a further reminder that the level of sensitivity in our culture has reached such a level that it is making people act crazy or not know how to act...both actually. But the fact remains that Nobody who watches the show does so because of the "message " it's delivering. And by trying to be one of those shows it's kind of betraying itself and it's own genuineness. So thank a lot.
This has been a very disappointing season, the show is trying too hard to take a political stance. The call backs to previous episodes and seasons felt very forced. Hopefully the next two episodes bring it back but so far I am not impressed.
Disgusting episode its not a show anymore its a political stance to try to prove a point.
This episode is a love letter to the show, with callbacks and references to previous episodes, a great plot and great humour/drama balance.
It's a shame to see my favourite series on a massive decline, the fact they release 2 episodes a week with o Sullivan appearing every second episode shows the writers know it's political garbage.
