As people might expect; the light can be seen after all the dark alleys the series has been down.
A series that rounds off well.
Like The Teacher and Four Lives that Sheridan Smith has been in already this year, there is probably no need for a second series.
It's just annoying what the leading actress has done to herself physically, taking away a lot of her likeable down to earth honest northerner image.
A good watch. Well done ITv and Britbox for making it viewable all in one go.

Yet another trial approaches, Noah is getting desperate and struggling with life behind bars.
I did enjoy it, but once again I think the focus was too much on Kathy than it was on Noah, if became her story, and not his. I'm not sure how much I believed in the plausibility of some of the events, but it did make for good telly, some good twists and turns, plenty of tension, and some great acting.
I will forever comment on how much I adore Sheridan Smith, and she's great again as you'd expect, but this episode belongs to Louis Ashbourne Serkis, who gives a brilliant performance as Noah, what a future this young man has.
If you think that the UK's criminal justice system is up the creek, this will give you an idea of what's Turkey's is like, people moan on and on in The UK, but events here don't exactly put Turkey in a shining light.
Good telly, 7/10.
