      During the scene where the Squad finally reaches the rescue point Rick Flag asks Deadshot and Harley Quinn to hold back so as not to frighten the dude. After a quick quip from Harley, Deadshot says, "Hey Flag, this dude better cure cancer after all this shit." This is a spoof on Will Smith of his portrayal of Robert Neville in the movie I Am Legend (2007). Robert is trying to find a cure to the plague which originally was supposed to be the cure for cancer.
