    Love is in the air

Amber continues to haunt House, so he decides to get rid of her by subjecting himself to insulin shock, with Wilson's reluctant assistance. It doesn't work. House then realizes he must rid himself of his drug habit, and asks for Cuddy's help. The patient of the week is a ballerina who has collapsed. Not very interesting, other than the moment when Doctor Schnozze snaps at Foreman, who is ready to give up. The business with Cuddy helping House go cold turkey from his beloved Vicodin is the heart of the episode. It is absolutely harrowing. Without saying much more, I will inform hardcore HOUSE fans (which I used to be) that they are in for a real treat at the very end. A real treat.

    Not the best episode but....

Giving this episode 10 stars because, all I'm saying is " It's about time "......

    • Trivia
One of the only episodes to be rated 18 in the UK, the equivalent to an R/TV-MA rating, for showing a suicide technique (vertical slitting).
    • Goofs
You could not have a crash cart, or even just a defibrillator, in the MRI room. Too much metal with that strong a magnetic field.
    • Quotes

Dr. Lisa Cuddy: You want to kiss me, don't you?

Dr. Gregory House: I always want to kiss you.
