I remember this show being released on 29th March 2021 and then taken away about a week later. I don't think it is fair to take away a series that has had such little air time, but very aesthetically pleasing visuals.
I remember taking a liking to this show, as it was by the same production team as gumball which meant the visuals were up to state and pretty. The plot was a really good take and the whole concept was a great idea overall. I like how unique each alien looks and how there are not any stereotypes in the show, so it is kept modern and up to date,
I am rating this show 8 stars, because I would love to see more of it but unfortunately was only aired for a week.

I recently watched the new Cartoon Network series, Elliott from Earth and I was pretty impressed by the premise of this show. The animation is basically the same animation The Amazimg World of Gumball but there is no background footage of the real world and no 3D animated characters in the show. I like Elliott, especially his mom, Frankie. As for Mo, he's okay but he didn't really impress me that much and I like most of the variety of the aliens in this show. I think Elliott from Earth can be rather enjoying to watch than other CN shows (even though these shows are also enjoying to watch) and I highly recommend anyone to watch it. I give this show an 8.7/10.
Ok so to start off, this show has a FANTASTIC story, its engaging and brings many questions to the viewer, and the show did seem pretty promising in the first few episodes. Unfortunately whenever the show isnt focusing on the story (which is around 60% of the show by the way) its lame as heck. Its literally just a watered down gumball clone with less self awareness to it. The comedy can be pretty good sometimes and it has some clever concepts. Although mo is a pretty annoying character, when he was first introduced he seemed to be a passable character with his own character traits and personality, but he quickly became the horrible comic relief i was hoping he wouldnt be. Honestly i feel like this show could have been good as long as they just focused entirely on the story and not the filler, but as it stands its overall a pretty mixed bag.
This show is made by Cartoon Network Europe, just like The Amazing World of Gumball, and shares a similar animation style with it. It's like if you took out all the other animation styles in Gumball and left only the 2D flash portion, which still looks spectacular.
Everything about Elliott from Earth is so cinematic. From the theme music, to the sparkly, vibrant animation. It even has a story arc, meaning that you get to watch all the episodes together like a movie. There's still some self-contained episodes to balance it out, so it doesn't get too serious.
I love the relationship between Elliott and his mom Frankie. They have similar struggles with trying to please people and forge friendships, due to them moving a lot. And now that they're in space with a bunch of wacky-looking aliens who are as every bit as eccentric as them, they finally feel at home.
CN US did this show dirty. They burned it off over like 2 weeks so that the season finale aired too soon. Man. Hopefully it comes to HBO Max and finds a mainstream audience there.

I've always wanted to be excited for that show. It's from the executive producers of The Amazing World of Gumball. I don't know if the show takes place on the same universe as Gumball, but still.
