This concert-film rendition of The Lamb of God, is a truly touching and intimate telling of the life of Christ in his final days. It offers views from those that walked and were with him during his ministry. The music is truly to be a treasured work of the heart.
I felt honored to be a recipient of such special shared gifts from these incredibly talented artists.
I highly recommend this sacred oratorio as a 'must-experience' concert film. It is a worthwhile and intimate masterpiece.

Truly superb in every sense of the word. The orchestra, the soloists, the chorus, all absolutely wonderful. I was very happy that they used the King James Version of the Bible in their narration. It was worth so much more than the price of admission. All of my family expressed a similar sentiment. I hope to own it some day so that I can learn the songs and sing with them. Bravo!
I'm always skeptical of things that "everyone" is recommending. My friends all posted raves about this when it was in theaters. Being somewhat like Thomas, I hesitated in seeing it, and then missed the opportunity to see it in theaters. I came across it on a streaming platform yesterday, and have watched it three times in less than 24 hours. It's exactly what my soul needed right now. Powerful performances, stirring orchestration, and wonderfully non-invasive cinematography. It feels raw, simple, real, and true. I will be returning to The Lamb of God over and over. What a gift!
Lamb of God: The Concert Film is telling the events of the last week of Jesus Christ life through music and song. When was the last time you got to see the performers up close and personal during a concert? Probably never! Loved being able to see their faces and emotions as they sang, played their instruments and conducted. It was an emotional experience as you listened to each character sing. Rob was truly inspired and the music is phenomenal! We listen to his music all the time. It was a great way to begin celebrating the Easter season.
