Star Alexis Fawx wrote and stars in the title vignette, a fine acting exercise beyond the expected XXX action.
She plays a woman in hospital, hallucinating the presence of her teenage self, played by Bobbi Dylan. We see in flashback how she was abused as a child by a pervert (voice of Eric Masterson, maybe her daddy). Eric Masterson shows up as her doctor, more of a casting convenience rather than relevant to the story, or is it?
At any rate, she imagines a threesome with hospital orderly and Dylan, a gonzo fantasy that certainly delivers the requisite XXX action. It's all directed stylishly by Bree Mills, scene's writer-producer.
Supporting vignette also drawn from Bree's Pure Taboo series is a clunker, merely a cornball story of the perils of internet meet-ups. Jail-bait beauty Lily Rader sneaks off to meet an "older man" she contacted via the internet and texting, with the goal of ending her virginity. He turns out to be the famously multi-tattooed Brit Porn star Dean Van Damme, rarely seen in American porn.
This scene goes nowhere, coming close to being all-sex filler, save for a nasty ending involving crew member AJ Bucks cheaply pressed into service in an acting role. It's merely the umpteenth version of Mills' ongoing "Men are bad" proselytizing crusade.
