Some of the movie was shot during the Texas Frightmare Weekend convention.
Shawn C. Phillips, M. Kelley, and Joe Frantz all shot their footage off site, and on their own. This is the second time that Phillips and Kelley have done this for director Francis. The first being Garage Fever (2009).
