Television aficionado Felton Fanboy ("Pop-Culture Fanatic"), portrayed by Kevin Fleming, had first appeared in Hazardous Henry (2021), when it was revealed that Bill had starred in a 1960s family sitcom as a child actor. Bill's Mom, portrayed by Leila Gorstein, was introduced along with Bill's Dad (Fleming) in Family Affairs (2021).
