Hella funny! Writing is so damn good. It gets better with each episode. Also, the jokes touch on serious stuff in way but still makes me laugh out loud. I can't wait to see what they do next with more episodes.
Decided to watch this after seeing a clip in social media. I made it to episode 4, but not through it. Ugh!!! I can rely on IMDB typically but I'm just going to assume this was funny to most based on the time that came out. Maybe we were all struggling for something to stream based on the world's uncertainty? The comedy is soooooo corny. Chris Redd is hit or miss for me and outside of SNL it's just MISS. Some valid topics but this was not the show to bring them to light in a funny or non-funny way. It's was like a horrible version of Southside. Glad that stopped it after season 1. The overall rating is wild.
This show is hilarious. I love Freddie Gibbs character!!! I watched all the episodes available and I have to say all they just get better and better. I really hope it gets picked up for a second season. It's a show that doesn't take it's too seriously. Definitely not a show to watch in kids are in the room.
It's a lower end casino in Gary, Indiana. There are various workers in dead end jobs. Sam (Sam Jay) is a gay food worker. Chris (Chris Redd) is a valet. Langston (Langston Kerman) is a janitor. Jak (Jak Knight) is a stock boy. Chauncey (Freddie Gibbs) is the HR manager.
Lorne Michaels is the big name executive producer. This lasted one season for 6 episodes on Peacock. Chris Redd has a very recognizable face and been around SNL. I'm not sure about the others in the cast. Sam Jay seems to be more a writer and contributed on SNL. In fact, everybody seems to do a lot of writing. This is a different type of sitcom. I can see why they couldn't get on the big networks. It's black. It's some good low fun with brains. It has an edge that isn't on other shows. It doesn't always work, but the writing does not stop.

This show is Laugh-Out-Loud funny. I binge-watched all 6 episodes and I'm planning on re-watching them over and over again! Sam Jay, Jak Knight, Langston Kerman and Chris Redd came together like Voltron and made a one helluva project!
