This is set in the same universe as Totally Spies. Making this an official spinoff, despite being made by Marathon. Jerry is the only character to appear in every episode, while it was never explained how WOOHP reopened, after season five. And how Lee, Mark, Megan, and Tony became Spies. Other characters from Totally Spies would appear in some episodes. That includes Sam, Clover, Alex, Britany, Dean, Blaine, Boogie Gus, Sebastian, and Terrance. Jerry's mother also appears in a flashback, from Jerry's childhood. Some of the main characters share some similarities to the characters of the show's predecessor. Mark being as smart and intelligent as Sam, while also being very kind. Megan being as fashionable and obsessive like Clover. Lee and Tony being as fun loving and nice like Alex. And Tami being as cold and mean as Mandy.
