Dhananjay a bachelor is keen to get his younger brother Yeshwant married but no family is ready to give him a girl as they don't have their own house and live on rent.Their landlord Joshi's childish daughter is deeply in love with Yeshwant and Joshi is ready to get them married and gift them the rented house but Yeshwant declines the proposal.After getting drunk Dhananjay and Yeshwant abuse Joshi following which he asks them to leave the room ,they come across a estate agent who finds them an affordable house..Dhananjay and Yeshwant decide to purchase the house but its haunted by four ghosts who wont let them live peacefully.
