BBC you have reached a new low.

I thought Pooch Perfect was as bad as it could possibly get, this is on par, absolutely dismal, it's a show to watch only if you like trash TV, full of celebrity no hopers. Times are hard at The BBC, it seems like a lifetime ago we were treated to Saturday night drama with Taboo, how good was that, instead we're given trash like this.

    Unwatchable!

    Some good performances

If you're not a fan of singing shows then of course this will probably be pretty boring. But there have been enough great performances that I keep tuning in. A couple times the mystery singer completely out sang the guest panelist, which I always find hilarious!

One gripe is we don't get to chat with the final singer... Come on, they deserve more screen time!

As an update after seeing 5 episodes, I can tell you that there is simply zero useful information given out about whether the singers are good or bad. Which makes for more drama, but perhaps this explains the poor ratings.

    Holy Mother of God!

Once more TV plumbs the depths to ensure that 'celebrities' are receiving enough income to live the life to which they've become accustomed. Dross.

I can see this is a flop

Game shows. The BBC's Achilles heel during the pandemic. While Michael McIntyre's 'The Wheel' did just about enough to be deemed a hit despite being poor, while Gordon Ramsey's 'Bank Balance' seemed to become a punch-line before the first episode had even finished.

So, never ones to give up, the BBC inflict yet another 'new' game show upon us, only to find that actually it's a Frankenstein's monster of a show, made up of parts from other shows.

It's poor, it really is. Who are the panel to say who is a good or bad singer? How do the people feel about being called a bad singer?

It even has similarities to Vernon Kay's new show on the other side, and even comes out the loser there.

ITV have the monopoly of good game shows, the BBC should stick to doing sitcoms...oh, hang on.

I do not understand people, I just do not.

Yeah, I don't get this show.

Even the really good singers are lipsyncing to recordings of themselves (logical given the context) and other people have to guess which are the good singers?

Every time, the discussion is basically the same thing: "I think she has the STANCE of a performer"/"maybe she's effecting that to throw us off" and so on and on. They really have nothing to go on and it's all ultimately a guessing game in a very real way.

They needed to throw in a bunch of celebrities to liven it all up and coast on familiar faces because the format is so week even with an enthusiastic host.
