Oh! My Boss! Koi wa Bessatsu de

The entire shows foundation is based off of the fact that she just wants to be "mediocre". She wants a basic life, a steady job that pays the rent, you know stuff everyone wants. There's nothing wrong with that.

The entire show is just mocking her for wanting that, it's okay to just want to be okay. That's a thing, you don't have to be shooting for the stars every single day. The boss is rude to everyone and when the workers fight back as they should they are deemed the "villains"

The show also falls into the trope of male lead actually want to become some random niche job that requires him to move to a far away country for a forseable future but before that he confuses to the female character and he says "wait for me"

It's such lazy writing I just can't.

The only good thing about this show is the fact that the bosses outfits are cute.

The two lead ladies do well in this and the story line overall is quite good they dont do such a good job with the romance part mainly because the men in this cant sell it, still a above average romcom worthy of your time.

Mone is a cute likable actress that does have a lot of skill. The series brings in older Japanese actors as well that are veterans of the trade and add to this in a positive way keeping the series fresh.
